Off To Court We Go

I was contacted by my attorney and asked to consider filing the complaint in Superior Court, as all attempts to deal with the Board of Industrial Appeals have failed. I learned today that the worst case scenario, if we lose, would cost me $2,000. I have prayed about this as well as asking my adult children for input and have decided to go this route. I am sending off my downpayment on the $500 Superior Court filing fee in the morning.
